“Kat, my heart is full of gratitude for you. You have been my gateway to learning the truest and deepest meaning of yoga. Nothing has changed, and yet everything has changed since I completed two of your silent retreats in the summer of 2020, and your Science of Prana Vayus immersion programme. I’m so impressed by your knowledge of yogic history and philosophy; your commitment to your own growth as a teacher; and your empathetic, attentive, and grounded teaching style. I look forward to staying engaged in your beautiful community. Infinite possibilities await…”
– Ulanda Blair, Hong Kong

“Katharina teaches with calm, clarity, maturity and insight. Through spoken instructions and visualizations she opens up for a deeper understanding of asana, pranayama and meditation. Practicing with Katharina I have been given the tools needed to build the foundations of a strong, personal practice.”
– Emma Fordham, Hong Kong

I recently took part in Katharina’s virtual retreat, Sanctum, and it was honestly the perfect way to end the year. Kat guided us through yoga, meditation, breath work and self reflection with the patience and warmth she exudes so effortlessly. I finished the retreat feeling nourished, at ease and thankful for the experience.

“I first began classes with Katharina on improve my inversions – she was of course brilliant at it, and quickly got me on my first headstand on my first day. However, what truly impressed me was her work in Tantric Hatha classes and breath work classes – apart from leading us into the correct alignment for yoga asanas, she could also hold the space in a way that allowed for profound introspection.

If you ever get to go to a retreat organised by Katharina, grab that chance, they are not to be missed. I was lucky enough to join her in one that she organised on Lantau Island in Hong Kong. Kat has a talent for seeking out hidden, healing gems where you can find serenity, calm and rest in the middle of chaos. The retreat I went to clarified my intentions and changed the course of my life – I hope you get to experience the same. “
